内容简介
《酒店英语》以“岗位”为核心组织理论与实操内容，对酒店各岗位具体工作任务进行分解，在学生熟悉的工作环境中开展专业英语学习。
本教材包括6个单元。Pre-Unit介绍酒店基础知识，其余单元根据不同岗位的职能要求设置教学内容。
每课分为7个模块。Goal明确每课的学习目标。Warm-up以趣味小题的形式引出本课内容。Dialogue以对话的形式，真实呈现酒店行业内的交流和工作流程。Role-play为对话习题的延伸练习，引导学生学以致用。Reading提供阅读短文，训练学生的英文阅读理解能力。Task为阅读短文习题的延伸，增强课堂互动性。Further Study中丰富的学习资料是对每课内容的有益补充。
